Return PolicyProducts sold through the 'Picpress' system are in a new condition unless specified within the product information. If you receive a shipment that is damaged or faulty contact must be made with Picpress within 48 hours of receipt, you must provide evidence of the damage/fault and return the goods to Picpress for exchange. Unless products are damaged in transit or faulty on arrival Picpress will not refund or exchange the goods purchased.
