Laminating and Varnishing

Finishes like laminating and varnishing are available to seal a page for both protection and a higher quality look to your book.

Lamination is the process of adding a thin plastic layer to the surface of the cover using heat and pressure; it produces an excellent matte and a very high quality gloss finish. However there may be minor flaws ( such as little specks) from time to time in this material . Please be aware that this is acceptable within industry standards.

Varnish is a liquid that is applied to the surface of a page which is then rapidly cured with a UV lamp. Varnish is an excellent protector for pages, and enhances the quality of a book.It is available in a satin finish.
